Membrane Bioreactor Filtration Systems that we manufacture and supply are water treatment systems that integrate biological degradation of waste water, using membrane filtration technique. Set up of MBR plant incorporates a bioreactor and membrane filtration. One unit processes waste water treatment thereby replacing, and in some cases supplementing the solids separation function of secondary clarification and effluent filtration. This results in greater possibility of elimination of the secondary clarification and operation at higher MLSS concentration.

How does it work:

• Nos of pcs. of membrane are connected parallel through the header to form a frame. Connected frame network will form a Membrane Unit
• It is then connected the suction side of a permeate pump, the membranes are subjected to a slight negative pressure of 10 to 30 kPa (1.5 to 4.5 psi)
• In an outside-in process operation, water is drawn from the mixed through the membrane module and into the hollow fiber

Elaspress Filter Presses only use a hydraulic oil cylinder to provide enough pressure when other types of filter presses have to be equipped with water tanks, air compressors, water pumps, compression pumps, air storage tanks and other necessary devices.
