Fine polished discs made of Oleophilic polymer to diameters 300 or 350 or 400 mm facilitating adhesion of floating oil in the tank to its surface on either side & designed to skim 20,000 liters/ hr max of oil. 

Two stage worm gear box to impart speed to the disc. 

The entire setup is mounted on a float which allows the discs to freely float on liquid surface. This setup allows the skimmer to cover large area such as in large tanks, lakes, oceans etc,.

Oleophilic discs are driven either by Electric motor or Hydraulic power pack or Air motor on shore depending on the site conditions and applications.

Special scraping Wipers wipes away the oil and the oil is directed to the collection tank on the vessel.

The bottom of the tank is connected to Oil suck back hoses through which oil is transferred to the vacuum chambers on the shore.

• Specially made Oleophilic drum to assist oil removal from oil-water surface
• Special scraping Wipers wipes away the oil from the roller and the oil is directed to the collection tank in the vessel.
• Float switch is mounted in the oil collection tank to maintain oil level in the tank
• The bottom of the tank is connected to Oil vacuum pump
• Once the Float switch triggers the Oil vacuum pump, the oil is sucked and transferred to the external oil collection tank on the shore.
• The Skimmer vessel is provided with lifting 4 hooks to assist placing at convenient place.

required by the applications) facilitating adhesion of floating
oil in the tank on its surface.

As the tube is passed through a set of guide and pinch rollers
through ‘U’ scrapers of Teflon , the oil is skimmed and
collected in a chute- to be disposed off.
 
Can be mounted on top of the tank or through boom projection with sufficient length of tube in contact with surface water. Oil shall be collected from the chute outlet.

Consist of a Rotary Slotted tube mounted on top of tank. Floating scum gets collected into the slotted tube and is discharged to drain.

Slotted Tube consists of 60 deg slot with reinforced gaps and rotates – as often as required - through manual handle or motorised arrangement.

Tube is supported on one side to a closed flange and other side to an open flange from where the scum is discharged

The Drums are driven by Air Motor

Funnel type skimmers are used for removal of bulk of floating oils.

They are designed with floating balls and a collector mechanism which ensures the floating oil on top is removed by gravity to the bottom of the tank & separated easily.

This ensures low cost bulk oil removal.

The grit classifier consists of a sloping bottom tank and a screw conveyor. The grit settled at the bottom of the tank is collected, lifted by the screw conveyor and then drained and discharged. The screw diameter and consequently the grit classifier model varies according to the volume of grit to be dewatered.
